We are now happy to announce that our video production firm has employed 6 personnel trained as full-time video editors based on my standards just late January 2007.

I started out this firm with only "me" as the editor and cameraman :-) hahaha! you can just imagine long waiting lead times for videos etc... I consider videography as an art and edited the videos during non-shooting days. I'm surprised to know that some couples think that full-length video editing takes a day or so lang :-) It's like I'm editing 50+ videos by myself... meet with couples, run errands, and shoot prenups :-) So far, so good, only a bit lacking on the lesser lead time part. I had to prioritize videos that should be out first. To fix this problem I started to train non-experienced personnel in the field of editing. To my surprise, they catched up well and they're taste in editing developed more than what I expected.

Today, my team produces quality videos which I have a personal involvement in the making (post-production). We thank those couples who trusted and booked us from June-Dec 2006 (the time when we started in the wonderful world of w@w and our rates were super "underrated" haha!).

Starting next month, April, our lead times for the video would be less than 6 months or even within 2 months time. For those who want their videos out within two weeks (applicable to new packages only), we have options for you to add 5K to expedite the editing process as we are now able to edit 10-12 full-length vidoes in a month :-)

Our apologies for the couples who booked us from june-Dec, 2006, for I'm the only one who edited your videos without any assistance. Thank you for your patience and for bearing with me. Now, I'm proud to say that my team of editors think and work the same way I do which made me regret :-) I should have done this before I started at w@w :-) Be rest assured that you will receive your finished product within these months or get a full refund on editing services (worst case). We are now including lead-times in our contract which was not done before.
Currently we're addressing backlog issues and so far doing well. Now, we're able to set definite dates on video release, etc.

Our target this year 2007: we'd like to be known as the video production firm who shoots and edits well with reasonble rates and the fastest turn over, ever! :-D
